Nutshell Playhouse returns with a swashbuckling adventure thats fun for the whole family.

World MOJA

The world premiere performance from the Berkshire’s performance group, mixing live jazz with interpretative dance.

Live Out Loud Youth Project

Art reception and screening of an original 30-minute film produced with youth from Berkshire County exploring their experience living outside of the gender binary. The film includes digital stories created by the youth, as well as interviews about the storytelling process.

Kara-O-Gay

Kara-O-Gay, New Stage’s karaoke cabaret celebration, returns for the 3rd annual Out in the Berkshires weekend. Suit up, sing out, and get your groove on in one of the best parties of the fall.

Fahrenheit 451

From April 1 – 17 we will present a multi-media production of Ray Bradbury’s Fahrenheit 451 in collaboration with the city of Pittsfield.  Fahrenheit 451 tells the story of Guy Montag, who has worked as a civil servant burning books for ten years. When he meets Clarisse, a young woman with powerful, strange ideas, he becomes more and more unsure about the nature of his work.
